Service description

discordopia provides a directory and discovery platform for Discord servers.
Users may browse listings without an account.
Accounts are created only via Discord OAuth.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Discord account.
You must ensure that information connected to your Discord account is accurate.
You may not transfer or sell accounts.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are processed exclusively via Stripe.
Subscriptions are recurring and auto-renew by default.
You may downgrade or cancel future renewals through the website.
Cancellation stops future billing only.

No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
This includes unused time, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction.
Any refund issued by Stripe due to fraud, chargeback, or legal obligation does not create a refund policy.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are handled by Stripe.
You agree that initiating a chargeback instead of using account controls may result in account termination.

Listings and content

Users may submit server listings and related content.
discordopia has absolute discretion to remove, modify, or refuse any listing at any time, for any reason, without notice.
No explanation is required.

Third-party services and disclaimer

discordopia is not responsible for:

• Discord servers
• Server owners or moderators
• User conduct
• Scams, fraud, or malicious behaviour
• Any activity occurring off the discordopia website

All interactions with Discord servers occur entirely at your own risk.

Account termination

discordopia may suspend or terminate accounts without notice.
Users may request deletion of their data.
Access to paid features may be revoked immediately upon termination.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, discordopia is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

Total liability is capped at the amount paid by you to discordopia in the previous 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
